Recently, Phohom held the first knowledge competition, to help everyone be more familiar with the company’s system and culture, and enhance the communication between departments. This event was held in the headquarter of Phohom, the participates are staffs of headquarter on the site and manufacturing department on the network. The questions are proposed by the heads of each department based on the work content of the department and the fields involved, which are divided into the must questions for everyone, quick response questions and risk questions. There are a variety of questions, including single choice, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blanks and short answer questions.
Must questions helped everyone understand the daily work of other departments, while the quick response questions and risk questions are the competition of response speed, courage and knowledge. The prizes are also unique, including practical bedding and drinks.
